Ember Selection Process
Note: Ember(s)
refers to those Embers that have actively participated with the Shire of Loch
Ruadh in the past 6 to 12 months.

- Future Ember recommendations will be made by current Embers.
- Written recommendations will not be accepted from the populace, this is not a
popularity contest. Instead, the populace will be encouraged to present their
Ember recommendations to a current Ember. Email Embers Here!
- Embers will send their recommendations to the Seneschal no later than 30 days
before an event that will include an Ember presentation.
- The Seneschal will compile and discuss with the Embers, this list of names in a
timely manner before the Event. The final selection can be made at that time but
no later than 72 hours before the presentation. The Embers and/or the Seneschal
will be made aware of the final selection(s) no later than 72 hours before the
presentation.
- The final selection can be made solely by the Seneschal or the Seneschal may
request the Embers themselves make the selection.
- The attending Embers will be included in the presentation ceremony.
- Embers will insure insignia is available for presentation ceremonies.
